Add tGENERAL GUESTHOUSE POLICIES:
Facilities are only for checked-in guests, no visitors to access property or utilize in-house facilities.
No extra guests in rooms, all booked guests must be checked in by management with ID supplied.
Right of admission is reserved and by management's discretion.
All areas within the guesthouse are strictly non-smoking, a penalty of R1000.00 will be charged if this is disregarded.
We do not have 24hr reception, check-in is between 2 till 8pm.
Check-out is 11am.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% cancellation fee charged for full stay if cancelled within 30 days of check-in, or a no-show
50% cancellation fee charged of full stay if cancelled within 45 days of check-in
50% deposit to secure, is non-refundable if booking is cancelled or modified over the
